If you wish to request deletion of your personal information collected through our website, mobile application, or Meta (Facebook / Instagram) login services, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:

Option 1: Email Request

Please send an email to:

with the subject line:

“Data Deletion Request – Questico.ai”

and include the following details:

• Your full name

• Registered email address or phone number

• Platform used (Website / Android App / iOS App / Facebook Login)

• Any additional information to help identify your account

Option 2: Automatic Deletion via Meta Login

If you logged in using Facebook or Instagram, your data can be deleted automatically after you remove Questico.ai from your Meta account:

Steps:

1. Go to Facebook Settings

2. Select Apps and Websites

3. Remove Questico.ai

4. Your data associated with Meta login will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 working days

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete:

• Your account profile information

• Login credentials (email / phone / Meta ID)

• Usage history and activity data

• Chat or interaction data linked to your account

Some non-personal, anonymized data may be retained for legal, compliance, or analytical purposes as permitted by law.

Processing Time

• Data deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days

• You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed
